How do I know if home care is right for my loved one?
If your loved one is having difficulty with daily activities, feeling lonely, recovering from surgery, or needs extra supervision, home care may be the perfect solution. We offer a free consultation to help assess your needs.
How quickly can care begin?
In many cases, we can begin services within 24–48 hours of your initial consultation, depending on care needs and caregiver availability.
Are your caregivers employees or independent contractors?
Our caregivers are W-2 employees of Excellence Home Care Services Inc. We handle all screening, training, payroll, and liability — so you never have to worry.
What if we're not happy with our assigned caregiver?
Your comfort is our priority. If a match isn't right, simply let us know and we will find a more compatible caregiver at no additional charge.
Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?
We accept various payment options. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific insurance, Medicaid, or private pay situation.
Is care available on weekends and holidays?
Yes! We provide care 7 days a week, including holidays, because your loved one's needs don't take days off.
